At Midoz Beauty, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible

Returns:

You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

– You must have a product unboxing video.

– The item must be in its original packaging.
– The item should be in the same condition as when received.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and amount will credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

– Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
– Items that are not in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item)

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or shade, please contact our customer service team. Items eligible for exchange must meet the same criteria as returns (unused, unopened, and in original packaging) within 5-7 days.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a refund as quickly as possible.
